*We do not accommodate Hen, Stag, or similar parties or events*

*The property is fitted with CCTV outside the property. 

REFUND POLICY:

• No show - If you are a 'no-show' for your booking you will not receive a refund.
• A full refund will be given with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to the check-in date.
• No refund on the deposit will be given after the minimum 2-week notice period.

*House Rules/Pet Rules - these are in place, specific to each property, these will be detailed in your guest guide to follow.

Please ensure you are familiar with these and abide by them. Any breach of these may result in a charge following your departure.

Damage - We understands accident may happen from time to time, we promote open communication with our guests to inform us of anything that is damaged and how this has occurred as soon as possible. This allows us to discuss a solution prior to us finding out at departure and this potentially impacting our next stay. 

In the event you cause damage to the property or items within the property during your stay, you could be charged up to £200 after check-out.

As the booker of this stay, you are responsible for the actions and behaviors of everyone in the group.
